The space
We couldn't be more excited to share our Beach House with you and your family. There are several reasons we chose this area and this community to be more specific. Safety and security was really a main focus for our family. The Shipwatch community is completely gated, very quiet and safe with no busy streets to cross for our kids. The location is so central to everything we needed, we wanted the ability to stay home and walk to eat, shop and relax on the sand. We’ve stayed in so many rentals and really know the frustrations and the downfalls of staying in other families homes, so we didn’t cut corners on sheets, towels, mattresses or pillows, you’ll find everything we use in our own personal home here at our Beach house.

The Home:
The beach house is a Four bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom three level home. The living room is located on the first floor with a half bathroom.

The Second floor:
1 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, freestanding tub, walk in shower and Private patio
1 Queen bedroom
1 Bunk Room Containing a Triple bunk Queen, Full and double.
1 Full bathroom

The Queen bedroom and Bunk bedroom share a bathroom between the two bedrooms.

The Third floor:
you'll find another Master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Other things to note
Only one car in driveway, driveway is shared with guest house

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
